Return Policy Statement

We offer a 7 days return policy

If you are not satisfied with the size or the quality of product you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 7 days from the date of receipt. All return requests are subject to evaluation by our Customer Service team

Return request can be initiated through email to info@tadaaa.my by quoting the order number & product details.

Only clothes that are unworn, unwashed and in salable condition with security tag label still attached can be returned. Accessories, undergarments, intimates, socks, including caps are non-returnable

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and we will not be liable during transit until the item reaches our office. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met. Please refer below for our terms and conditions.

Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not acceptable. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.

You can choose either to replace the item with similar item OR item of similar value or lower. 

In the event of refund, we will refund the value to your bank account within 14 working days after receiving your return item.
