FAQ

1) How do I place an order?

    • Browse our catalogue or Shop menu
    • Once you found your desired item, select the size and options available
    • Click on Add to Cart button
    • You can continue shopping or review your item in your shopping cart
    • Once you are satisfied with the items in your shopping cart, click on the CHECKOUT button. If you have a gift code, please apply your gift code from the shopping cart

 

2) What if there’s problem with my order?

  • Please contact our customer service representative via email at info@tadaaa.my or DM our Facebook/Instagram

 

3) What payment method do you accept?

  • We accept Visa/Mastercard, Online Bank Transfer and eWallet (Subject to confirmation with Razerpay)

 

4) Do you ship to overseas countries?

  • Currently, we only ship our products to Malaysia and Singapore only. We are looking forward to allow shipment to more countries in the future.

 

5) Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order from My Orders as long as your order is not shipped yet. We do not allow cancellation after the order had been shipped.

 

6) I’ve subscribed to your 6 months subscription plan, can I cancel it halfway through the subscription period?

  • No, you are not allowed to cancel your subscription halfway through the subscription period

 

7) You’ve sent me incorrect order, what should I do?

  • Please contact us via email at info@tadaaa.my with your order ID and information of your incorrect order. We will look into it and advice on the next step of action.

 

8) Do you have a physical store?

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at this point of time. All transactions are conducted via our online platform at https://www.tadaaa.my
